Example of Recount Text : Broken Heart

     

When I was in Junior High School, I had my first love. I liked him very much. He was very handsome, especially if he wore a white shirt. He was tall, clever and he was kind and friendly. His name was Nicko. I knew him because he was my classmate. And his house was not too far from my home. So, he often visited my home to do homework together.

Everyday, he always picked me up and we went to school together. He was very attentive to me. And I felt something that different. May be that called "Love" ? I wondered and I was very confused.

"Did he feel like I feel?" "Did he like me?" These questions always were in my mind. 

One day when I was sitting down in the city park, I saw him with a young and beautiful  girl. I wondered "Who she is?"

The next day when he picked me up, I asked him "Nick, yesterday when I was in city park. I saw you with a girl. who was she?"

 And he answered, "Oh .. she? she is my girlfriend. I would like to know her to you but I forgot."

I just said, "Oh .. never mind. May be next time."

I was shocked very much. "Oh.. no! He had a girlfriend. How about me? He broke my heart." I said in heart. Since that moment, I would like to forget my feeling to him.
